Return Policies

  • Complaints for returns should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product to the concerned address provided.
  • We accept return only if the product is damaged and it should be in original condition.
  • Return request is declined
    • If slight color change in the product.
    • If minor thread pull outs or any seapage in weaving sarees.
    • If any minor over printing issue in saree designs.
  • Do not accept the courier pack if the packet is damaged.
  • Customers are requested to reship the product back to the address provided.
  • We will bear the return ship cost up to 100rs only.
  • Return shipment tracking details should be shared within 48 hours with the slip of tracking.
  • Once the product is received we will recheck for the complaint. And then the refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
