- Complaints for returns should be made within 24hrs of receiving the product to the concerned address provided.
- We accept return only if the product is damaged and it should be in original condition.
- Return request is declined
- If slight color change in the product.
- If minor thread pull outs or any seapage in weaving sarees.
- If any minor over printing issue in saree designs.
- Do not accept the courier pack if the packet is damaged.
- Customers are requested to reship the product back to the address provided.
- We will bear the return ship cost up to 100rs only.
- Return shipment tracking details should be shared within 48 hours with the slip of tracking.
- Once the product is received we will recheck for the complaint. And then the refund will be initiated within 3 working days.
